By accessing or using ListenTr, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use ("Terms"). Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use ListenTr.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or using the ListenTr service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, which include the ListenTr Privacy Policy and any other guidelines or policies provided by ListenTr.

Services Provided

ListenTr tracks LinkedIn profiles as provided by the user and generates daily market reports. The user supplies a list of LinkedIn profiles to track and receives daily updates.

Account Registration

To register for the Service, you must provide your name, email address, the specific market elements you wish to track, and a list of LinkedIn profiles to follow. By registering, you agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information. Maintain and promptly update your account information. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Trial and Subscription

ListenTr offers a 7-day free trial period for new users. After the trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees, terms, and pricing details are made available at the time of subscription. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred. Payment is due at the end of the 7-day trial period unless the user cancels the subscription before the trial ends. Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of the subscription period and are non-refundable.

User Data and Privacy

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes collecting your name, email address, market tracking preferences, and LinkedIn profile lists.We will not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary for the functionality of the Service.

Restrictions on Use

Users must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to : Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium. Using the Service for any unlawful activity or to commit fraud. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

Intellectual Property

All materials and content provided by ListenTr, including but not limited to software, design, text, and images, are the intellectual property of ListenTr and are protected by applicable laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business use.

Termination

ListenTr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that ListenTr determines are harmful to the Service or other users.

Limitation of Liability

ListenTr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListenTr disclaims any warranties of any kind, express or implied. ListenTr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

ListenTr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the ListenTr website and will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service following such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
